Should I Lease or Buy Exclusive Rights?
When buying a beat you have two options: To lease it ($10), or to buy exclusive rights ($150-300). A lease allows you to use the beat for non-profit use. When you lease a beat I will still own it, and can continue to lease it out to others. You may want to purchase a lease for a Youtube video, a mixtape, and other non-profit projects.
